Terms of Service
Last updated 28 August 2026
Pre-launch draft. This page accurately describes how the product currently works, but it has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and is not a contract. The reviewed version will be published before paid accounts open.
What Arbun is
Arbun is software that helps a contractor produce estimates, proposals and invoices, and track the commercial life of a job. It is a tool used by the contractor. It is not a party to any contract between a contractor and their customer, and it does not perform, supervise or warrant any construction work.
Accounts
- An account belongs to a company. The person who opens it is responsible for who they invite into it and what those people can do.
- Sign-in credentials must not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts are for businesses carrying out contracting work, not for consumers.
What a subscription includes
Each tier is described on the pricing page, including its monthly limits. Capability marked coming later is on the roadmap and is not part of what you are buying today — do not subscribe on the expectation of it.
Limits are enforced. When a monthly allowance is reached, the action is refused until the allowance resets or the plan is changed; existing records stay readable.
Billing
- Prices are in AED and are stated exclusive of VAT unless marked otherwise.
- Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance and renew until cancelled.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current paid month runs to its end; part-months are not refunded.
- Card details are handled by Stripe, not by Arbun.
Your data stays yours
Everything you enter — customers, quotes, prices, costs and documents — remains yours. Arbun stores and processes it to run the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export your commercial records, and you keep that right while the account is open.
AI-generated estimates
This matters more than anything else on this page.
Arbun produces draft estimates from the scope, measurements and photographs you supply. A draft is a starting point, not a professional opinion. Quantities, rates and assumptions can be wrong.
You are responsible for checking an estimate before it goes to your customer. The product requires a human approval step for exactly this reason. Once you send a priced proposal it is your commercial commitment, and Arbun is not liable for a price you approved and issued.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reach another company’s data.
- Do not probe, overload or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to.
- Do not resell access without a written agreement.
An account may be suspended for a serious or repeated breach.
Availability
The service is provided as it stands. No uptime figure is guaranteed at this stage, and none is claimed. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.
